Slow Roasted Pig Pickin’ Station
Our chef slow roasts a 30 pound pig at our smokehouse. Then serves it up with extra slow roasted pork butt, his special “dry rub shake” and hot sauce! This station will feed a hungry army of 75 to 100 adults. A perfect compliment to any of our menus. We set up an amazing display that your guests are sure to be talking about for years!
