CAMP KIWI - North Salam

With pools, batting cages, volleyball, corporate challenge, and paddle boats this park wonder land is the perfect setting for any large company function. 500 person capacity

DAMIANO CENTER at MIDLAND PARK - Rye

A Rye resident exclusive. Pavilion park with open grass. Capacity is 200+ persons

QUEENS COUNTY FARM MUSEUM - Queens

A actual operating farm with an up-dates barn space for 100 people for a reception. A large area of the farm is available for a tent accommodating 100- 300 people.

WESTCHESTER COUNTY PARKS

Mountain Lakes Park, Croton Point Park, Saxon Woods Park, Ridge Road Park, Kingsland Point Park, 5 Island Park, Macy Park, Blue Mountain Reservation. Most parks have multi � pavilion availability, parking and bathrooms. Some have baseball fields available.

THE WESTCHESTER ARTS COUNCIL - Arts Exchange Building

A wonderful historic bank that houses the Westchester Arts Exchange, perfect for cocktail parties located in downtown White Plains. This venue is open to private and corporate parties. Can accommodate a capacity of 200 people for cocktails or 100 people for sit down dinner.

THE JAMES HOUSE - Tarrytown

This 1800's mansion sits atop a hill over looking the Hudson River. The marble columns and large Victorian veranda/porch can accommodate up to 125 guests.

SAW MILL RIVER CLUB

A private club for rent! A beautiful pool area and indoor area perfect for social events, fundraisers and corporate affairs. Up to 400 people. Availability is limited.

FDR PARK

This is a state park with multiple picnic ground and pavilions. A lake with fishing is an option for your guests. 1000+ person capacity.

CV RICH MANSION (EXCLUDING SATURDAY EVENING)

There is only one event at a time at this five acre turn of the century Victorian mansion with a room that accommodates 220 people. Outdoor gardens are available for cocktail hour. Not available on Saturday evenings.

THE SCARSDALE WOMAN'S CLUB

Indoor space with a beautiful front lawn that can accommodate 100 people. Local designers recently up-dated this wonderful house. Perfect for small weddings, birthday parties and rehearsal dinners.

CONNECTICUT SITES

COVE ISLAND PARK - Stamford

A separate island to enjoy with a pavilion and water views that will impress your guests. Limited availability for residence required.

THE WAVENY HOUSE - New Canaan

In New Caanan this historic house has a large patio that seats up to 200 guests. A separate rose garden for wedding ceremonies can be the start of your special occasion followed by a separate outdoor cocktail area. Impressive landscape design rounds out this venue.

THE BRUCE MUSEUM

Indoor and outdoor space is available. Times are limited for special events. A classic museum setting featuring international and local art enhances this event space. 100 person capacity.
